EASY TRUCK PARKING directly on Main Street, or can turn onto E. Cobblecreek Dr. just North of Ogden's flooring, and then turn S. onto 75 E. Circle (a large col-de-sac). Bobtailing in can get you anywhere in the parking lots, too! The parking lots are open enough to allow you to loop all the way through back out to Main Street (at your own risk, though!).

DOT-Related Driver Medical Examinations

Dr. Dowse has been providing medical services and DOT physicals to the trucking community since 2010. She is on the FMCSA National Registry. Exams include all needed paperwork and a laminated wallet-sized card.
Helpful Tips to Prepare for your Exam:
Have a list of all medical providers you see.
Have a list prepared of all medications you take.
Avoid caffeine and nicotine before the physical, when at all possible.
When applicable, have a follow-up visit with your healthcare providers within 1-2 weeks in order to provide the most current updates on your medications and conditions for which you are treated.
If you are diagnosed with sleep apnea and use a CPAP, you need to bring a printout of your CPAP usage for the last 30 days (it needs to be at least 70% usage)
If you are diabetic, you must have a current HgA1c result (within 90 days), showing that your A1c is below 11.0.
If you are on Coumadin or similar anti-coagulant therapy, you must show documentation of your monthly INR tests.
For any major heart issues or conditions, you must show you are being seen by a cardiologist. (And similarly for neurological or pulmonary issues, etc - must be seen by appropriate specialists)
